Is this service offered island-wide?

Currently we service only Manoa, Hawaii Kai, Kahala and Kailua. We hope to expand to other areas in the future, so check back with us again later.

Where do you pick-up and deliver my clothes?
Our driver is in your neighborhood twice a week.  You choose the location for the placement of your pick-up bag and the delivery of your clean orders.  We suggest a weather sheltered location.

Do I need to be home when the pick-up or delivery is made? 
That isn’t necessary.  Your driver will carry out the pick-up and delivery service to your designated location.

How do I leave my clothes for pick-up?
Once you have signed up for our service, we will provide you with the Young Laundry & Drycleaning Drop ‘N Go bags.  Otherwise, you can use a clear plastic bag labeled “Dry cleaning for Young Laundry”.

Can I make special requests for the cleaning of my garments?
Yes, we look forward to hearing from you about any stains needing special attention, missing buttons, ripped hems, etc.  We want to take care of all your cleaning requirements.  Place a  note  inside your  Drop ‘N Go bag with the details of special requests or concerns.

Who do I speak with about a problem or concern about my order?
Please leave a detailed note for your driver.    Or you may call our customer service department at 836-1661.  After hours, call our main office number and leave your name and telephone number for a return call.

How do I pay my bill?
For your convenience, we will charge your credit card for your cleaning.  We will also send a Young Laundry & Drycleaning monthly billing statement that shows your credit card charges.
   

What if I don’t have a lot of dry cleaning?
If you are an occasional user of our home delivery service, it is recommended that you call to request service.  Remember, we are in your area each week anyway.
