Do I need to sort my laundry?

Please allow us to sort your laundry by the wash and dry temperature. We want to save you time.

Is there a maximum amount of laundry allowed?

Feel free to fill your Wash Dry & Fold bag completely. We only ask ask that the drawstring closes tightly.

What happens if I mistakenly place a dry clean only item in the bag?

We will return the item to you unclean. You may at that time give approval to have your dry clean items processed and billed separately.

Can I use my coupon or discount on the Wash Dry & Fold service?

Sorry, no coupons or discounts for this service.

Can I mix in my sheets and towels with my other laundry?

Yes, please feel free to fill the bag with any items you would like for us to wash, dry & fold.

Can I include my Tommy Bahama shirts? They say machine washable.

Yes, however “machine dry and fold” does not result in a finished garment. We strongly recommend our regular process.
